This year we have added Beth Mufson as our official Photographer. Our next most recent member, Amy Owsley keeps us up to date on the First Day school. Marie Leonard, plans to publish a new Meeting Directory with current updates. Tatiana Harrison sustains the website, Dee Rein monitors the meeting's telephone messages and prepares the newsletter, John Hawkinson responds to the meeting's e-mail messages as well as sending out announcements and newsletters.
The primary work of our group is to provide weekly announcements and a monthly newsletter and keep the directories and website current. In this latter regard, each committee clerk will be asked to review and update their portions of the Third Haven website http://www.thirdhaven.org/index.php . In addition, we respond promptly to a variety of questions, directing each call or e-mail to the appropriate committee or member.
