Scholarship Committee Application Process:
The Scholarship Committee reminds Friends that letters requesting scholarships for the upcoming (January 2012) academic term are due no later than January 1, 2012. Your letter should discuss: your academic credentials (grade point average, Advanced Placement classes, SAT scores, honors); your financial need (the cost of the school you plan to attend and your Expected Family Contribution from FAFSA or CSS); other scholarships you have received; and your participation in Third Haven Friends Meeting. Scholarships of up to $500 per year, and up to $1,000 for Quaker schools, will be awarded.
Applicants will be notified on or before March 1, 2012. Please send your letter to:

The following deadlines have been set for the 2012-2013 academic year and beyond:
- Fall semester: Applications due by June 1. Notification by August 1.
- Spring semester: Applications due by November 1. Notification by January 1.
